When participants login to our new web portal for the first time they will be asked to register even if they are already registered on the previous version. Please follow the screen prompts to register. For your convenience a link to downloadable Member Registration Instructions is also available as part of the process. Plan Dependents can also register for online access through this same registration process. All over 18 plan participants will need to manage online access to personal health information.
