The J.P. Farley Corporation founded in 1979 by Jim Farley, current President and CEO, is a privately-held third-party administration and consultation firm. The company was founded to deliver added value to employee benefit Plans that are self-funded for medical, prescription, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) administration are also part of the portfolio of service offerings.

In 1988, The J.P. Farley Corporation inaugurated Connected Care Services to provide the additional managed care plan features prevalent in the industry. Connected Care Services has been awarded the Health Utilization Management Accreditation  from URAC, a distinction that demonstrates the importance of providing the highest quality care management for our customers. Today The J.P. Farley Corporation, coupled with Connected Care Services, provides a completely integrated array of administration and care management services to Plan Sponsors.
