NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.
Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all legal U.S. residents, who are at least 18 years of age. Current employees of J.P. Farley, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.
How to enter:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time ["EST"]) on May 23, 2011 and ends at 12:01 a.m. EST on July 30, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period").
- Eligible individuals can enter by completing and submitting an online entry form at http://jpfarley.com/ /make-your-day-better-promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address.
- Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, misdirected entries. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information, will be voided. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or address suspected of submitting multiple or fraudulent entries or of tampering with the entry process. All entries become the property of the Sweepstakes sponsor and will not be returned.
In the event of a dispute as to online entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Once submitted, an online entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified. Each properly completed and received entry form will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. Regardless of method of entry, only one (1) entry per individual/household is permitted.
Promotion:
Eligible individuals who have completed the Sweepstakes entry form are automatically entered to win a J.P. Farley coffee mug or a J.P. Farley Post-it note caddy. One winner will be selected through weekly random drawings. The second weekly winner will be randomly selected by correctly answering the “Test Your Knowledge Trivia” question posted on the J.P. Farley blog. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Promotion winner will be posted on the Facebook Fan Page and notified via email. By entering this promotion, we reserve the right to publish your name as a winner on the J.P. Farley Facebook Fan Page. The prizes will be shipped directly to the winner within 14 days of winning. J.P. Farley is not responsible for the conditions of shipment or damage that may occur during shipping.
Promotion Conditions:
The promotion prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Substitutions are not allowed. Promotion prize has no cash value. No refunds will be issued toward promotion. Standard Terms and Conditions and other restrictions may apply.
Grand Prize:
One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries on July 29, 2011 and will win a $100 gas gift card.

Limitation of Liability:
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless J.P Farley from and against any claims, actions and liability of any kind resulting in whole or in, directly or indirectly from or arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, possession, use of any prize that may be awarded. Releases are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors preventing the proper execution relating to or in connection with the contest including circumstances beyond our control, (such as, but not limited to, weather conditions) or malfunction or failure of hardware, software or any Internet access services.

Make Your Day Better/Sweepstakes, c/o Kuno Creative 36901 American Way, Suite 2A, Avon Ohio 44011 is responsible for overseeing the awarding of prizes, and its decisions will be considered final in all matters related to this promotion, and in administering this Sweepstakes.
