The J.P. Farley Corporation’s HIPAA EDI Compliant Provider Site allows immediate real-time Benefits and Eligibility Inquiry and Claims Status requests at no cost to you.
New Users:
- To use this service, you must first REGISTER with The J.P. Farley Corporation to obtain a Username and Password. If you have previously used a Trader ID when using our site you will need to re-register on our new system.
- Complete and submit the information on the following web form: Provider Registration Form*
Registered Users:
J.P. Farley's web portal is undergoing a upgrade!
- As of 1-1-2012 all providers should register using our new online Provider Registration Form. Follow the screen prompts to register.
- If upon completion of registration you receive a response that your TIN or NPI number is not acknowledged we will need to add you to our system. Please complete our Provider Verification Request Form and J.P. Farley's provider relations department will contact you to complete the registration process. You will receive an email once your username and password is active in our system.
- Benefit verification can also be obtained through our Benefit Verification/Faxback system
